Schröder Group showcases PowerBend Professional 3200 / 3.0 with new pressing function at Elmia
At Elmia 2026, Schröder Group will present its PowerBend Professional bending machine for sheets up to 3 mm thick and 3200 mm usable length – now featuring an innovative pressing function that allows forming hems in a single step, delivering maximum repeatability for series production.
The PowerBend Professional 3200 / 3.0 combines top precision with maximum flexibility and automated operation. At the fair, the machine will be shown with improved, rotatable upper beams that, thanks to the new pressing function, can produce hems in a single step – previously requiring two steps. This function is now also available on another machine exhibited at the fair, enabling industrial series production of hems with the highest accuracy. Additional features include servo-controlled bending beams, motorized pivot and stroke adjustment, and the Up-and-Down function for efficient and safe operation. The machine is Smart-Factory-ready, programmable via DXF import, and equipped with a 3D graphical touch-screen control.
