Kubu Basket
Kubu basket made by hand
Fabrication
The Kubu basket is hand-braided. The lianas are soaked in a mud bath for 5–6 weeks, which softens them and gives them their characteristic grey-brown color. Afterward, they are woven into baskets and left to dry.
Indoor or Outdoor Use
Suitable for both indoor and outdoor use (up to approx. 5 years), provided the basket is kept on a dry surface.
Interior Finish
All baskets are lined with PP material, making them suitable for plants.
