Visitor Registration - Leads

With the lead management feature in Elmia Plus, you can scan visitors’ name badges (QR codes) and instantly receive a complete customer database. You can also add categories, activities, photos and your own notes to the database within the app. You no longer need to keep track of business cards or remember which visitor is interested in what. The database is also saved in My Pages, where you can view all your leads and easily export them to Excel.

Costs and capitalisation of lead scanning

To enable lead scanning on your phone at this trade fair, you must accept Elmia’s terms and condition.

The registration fee is 1,495 SEK (excl. VAT) and includes 5 users. Each additional activated user costs 195 SEK (excl. VAT) per user. The cost will be invoiced after the trade fair.

You register as a user by scanning your exhibitor pass (PLEASE NOTE: you must be registered as stand staff for this to work; stand builders are not eligible). If no further users are registered after this, your company will be invoiced SEK 1,495 (excl. VAT) once the trade fair has ended. If your company activates more than 5 users, additional charges will apply.
