Moving in
Monday 7 September, 08.00-16.00
Tuesday 8 September, 08.00-18.00
Wednesday 9 September, 08.00-20.00
Thursday 10 September, 08.00-10.00
Please note that Thursday's move-in is for lighter and smaller products that can be carried around. put on a cart. NOT machines.
How to register
Before moving in, you must register at the information desk, located right at the entrance. Here you will receive further information and collect your exhibitor cards. All staff working at the stand must wear their exhibitor cards throughout the fair. Exhibitor cards are free of charge, but must be registered via My Pages. This applies to all staff who need access to the area.
Departure
Saturday 12 September, 16.00-21.00
PLEASE NOTE! No dismantling of the stand or removal of machines/vehicles may begin before 15.00. Please consider the safety of our visitors.
Sunday 13 September, 08.00-18.00
Monday 14 September, 08.00-16.00
All goods must be collected by Tuesday 15 September
If you would like a later collection, please contact us. The service may be charged extra.
Exhibitor cards
All staff working at the stand must wear exhibitor cards. The exhibitor cards are free of charge, but everyone working at the stand must be registered via My Pages. The exhibitor cards are printed at the Information Desk.
Moving in and moving out
- As the exhibitor/stand builder you are responsible for ensuring workplace health and safety and fire safety within your stand area. This means you must take the necessary steps to protect yourself and the other stand builders/exhibitors from the risk of accidents.
- The official times for moving in and moving out are stated in the Exhibitor Guide for each event (see Elmia’s home page).
- Extended construction and demolition times may be granted by Elmia AB. There will be fixed rate charge for this per stand. Send an application to [email protected] The form "Application to change construction time" must be used .
- On the last move-in evening, work at your stand may continue until 20:00. After that time the hall must be empty (unless other instructions are given).
- You may begin taking down your stand immediately the event closes to visitors.
- You may not move out until after the aisle carpets are removed (approx. 1 hour after the event finishes).
