Booth space at Competence by Subcontractor
Exhibition space at Competence by Subcontractor is sold as an all-inclusive package. Everything is included from the start, and the package content cannot be modified. The stand area is approximately 2 x 2 meters. Please note that the number of exhibition spaces is limited. Allocation is made on a first come, first served basis.
Booth package Competence, 7 900 SEK:
The package includes:
- 1 high table and 1 bar stool
- Storage space for materials
- Daily cleaning of the stand area
- Space for one roll-up (brought by the exhibitor)
- Opportunity to host a seminar or workshop free of charge at the Competence Stage
An insurance fee of SEK 1050 is added. The insurance can be cancelled via My Pages.
The price is stated in SEK and is exclusive of VAT.

Host a Seminar at the Competence Stage
We don’t just want to talk about skills – we want to give visitors the opportunity to strengthen their expertise through our exhibitors. Competence Stage is a platform for knowledge sharing, inspiration, and networking – complementing the activities taking place in the exhibition stands. It creates value for both speakers and attendees, with a strong focus on topics shaping the future of the manufacturing industry.
For exhibitors, participation as a seminar or workshop host is completely free of charge. You can submit your expression of interest via the form below. Until September 25th, exhibiting companies at Competence by Subcontractor and SMART by Subcontractor have priority booking for seminar slots at the Competence Stage.
Content Guidelines for the Competence Stage
Sessions hosted on the Competence Stage must be seminars or workshops that are educational, knowledge-enhancing, and relevant to the manufacturing industry.
The purpose is to contribute to professional development and strengthen the competence of attendees – not to serve as a sales pitch or product launch. For promotional presentations, we instead refer exhibitors to the Exhibitor Stage.
Promote your participation
As an exhibiting company at Competence by Subcontractor, you will be featured in Elmia Subcontractor's exhibitor list. It will be published in September on the fair's website and promoted on Elmia Subcontractor's social channels. Companies exhibiting at Competence by Subcontractor can also take advantage of a marketing kit provided by the fair, consisting of digital banners in the fair's style - which you can download here and via My Pages.
