Innovation Arena – Showcasing solutions for the next generation of farming

The Innovation Arena at Elmia Agriculture is the space where new solutions for the future of farming are presented. Here, we bring together innovations, new technologies and new ways of working that contribute to the development of the next generation of farming.

This year’s edition also includes an international perspective, drawing inspiration and experience from the Nordic Innovation Pavilion at AGRITECHNICA in Germany.

Together with Agtech Sweden, we now invite companies and organisations to submit an application of interest to participate in the Innovation Arena at Elmia Agriculture, 14–16 October 2026.

How you will be presented at the Innovation Arena

The format is designed to create a consistent, clear and inspiring experience for visitors. The area includes a shared setup with a podium, screen and your own display elements.

Space is limited, roll-ups are not permitted, and the area must be staffed throughout the entire exhibition.

Cost

• SEK 15,500 excl. VAT, without insurance
• SEK 16,550 excl. VAT, including insurance

If you choose the option including insurance, Elmia’s exhibitor insurance is included. This covers transport to and from the exhibition, as well as the entire exhibition period. Many standard business insurance policies do not cover trade fair participation or transport.

Selection process

The Innovation Arena has a limited number of spaces, which means that submitting an expression of interest does not guarantee participation.

Participants are selected by Elmia Agriculture in collaboration with Agtech Sweden, based on criteria such as level of innovation, news value, relevance to the Swedish market, connection to the next generation of farming, visitor value and how well the solution fits the format of the arena.
