Moving-in and moving-out times

You enter the fair with your exhibitor card during moving in and out and 1,5 hour before the fair's regular opening and may remain one hour after the fair's regular closing. Get your exhibitor card via My Pages.

Moving in

Stands must be ready by 18 August at 20.00. The North Entrance may not be used for loading/unloading.

Moving in vehicles

Do you need to move vehicles into the stand before construction starts? Depending on the type of vehicle, which hall and where in the hall the stand is located, this is possible between August 12 and 14, from 07:00 to 16:00. Construction of the stand takes place during the regular move-in period starting August 15 at 07:00. 

To book early placement of vehicles, contact the production service with information about the type of vehicle, stand number and where in the stand it will be placed.
