Our partner Nordic Expo Service will help you with stand equipment such as tents, electricity, flagpoles, wood chips, stone material, furniture, TV screens, graphics, etc.
The last day to order is 10 July. After this date, we cannot guarantee that all products will be available. There will be a surcharge of 30% from 11 July to 6 September. During move-in days, there will be a 50% surcharge.

The substrate is grass/gravel. Digging into the substrate is not permitted. If you want gravel/stone for demo, order it from Nordic Expo Service.
The area is separated from the stand by a bicycle fence. The substrate is grass. It is allowed to dig in the ground.

The maximum load on the wooden floor is 275 kg per square metre.

If you have ordered an electrical outlet for your stand, please order it via order it from Nordic Expo Service, and the electricity will be connected on 9 September at 11.00. The electricity will be disconnected on Saturday 12 September at 17.00.
If you have rented tents via order it from Nordic Expo Service, these will be set up and ready on Monday 7 September. After the fair, it is important that you empty the tents as soon as possible, but not until 12 September, 15.00. Tents that have been emptied are left open (so it is easier to see which ones can be demolished).
During the move-in, move-out and the fair, the area is guarded.
But remember to always keep an eye on valuables in your stand. Do not store valuables in storage rooms and other areas after the fair has closed.
In the case of demonstrations, it is assumed that the location and the demonstration will be adapted so as to minimise disruption for the enjoyment and efficiency of all.
If oil or diesel leaks occur, this must be reported immediately, without delay, to the exhibitor information centre. If there is a risk of leakage, something must be placed under the machine so that oil or diesel does not reach the surface.
Exhibitors park in specially designated areas, follow the signs.
Parking is free of charge.
Visitor parking is right outside the entrance and is free of charge.
Smoking is only allowed outdoors! Smoking indoors and in tents is prohibited by law.
Trained medical staff will be on site throughout the fair.
Drinking water is available in barrels at the toilets, partly at the entrance and partly in the centre of the site. The barrels are labelled ‘Drinking water’.
There are toilets in several places on the exhibition site.During move-in and move-out, only the toilets at the goods reception/entrance are open.
