Compotech: “The right technical choices make a big difference”

For Compotech, success is not about selling single products, but about understanding the customer’s challenges and developing the right solution together. At Elmia Subcontractor, the company wants to highlight how close collaboration and smart technical choices can make a significant difference in industrial end applications.

Compotech Provider AB is a technical partner within electromechanical solutions, working with everything from motors and control systems to HMI, smart lighting, as well as magnetic and acoustic solutions. With offices in Landvetter, Bromma and Umeå, the company covers a large part of Sweden geographically. Compotech sees its participation at Elmia Subcontractor as an important opportunity to strengthen relationships, create new business opportunities and discuss the future of industry.

– Elmia Subcontractor is one of the most important meeting places for the manufacturing industry in the Nordic region and a natural arena for us to be part of, says Emil Moberg, Project Sales at Compotech Provider AB.

A technical partner from concept to finished solution

Compotech works closely with its customers throughout the entire process – from defining requirements and technical consulting to final implementation. The company focuses on finding the right solution for each unique application while ensuring high operational reliability and cost efficiency.

– We help our customers find the right solution for their application – from defining requirements to final implementation. Our focus is on delivering reliable and cost-effective solutions adapted for industrial use, says Emil Moberg.

At this year’s exhibition, Compotech will primarily showcase solutions within motor and drive technology, where customization is at the centre.

– We will present application-adapted solutions rather than individual products. This includes combinations of motors, gearboxes and control systems optimized according to the customer’s requirements for performance, lifespan and environment.

The goal is to demonstrate how the right technical choices can make a major difference in the end application and contribute to both efficiency and sustainability.

Focus on long-term relationships and future needs

For Compotech, participating at the fair is about several objectives at once – strengthening relationships with existing customers, creating new business opportunities and reinforcing the company’s position as a long-term and innovative partner within industry.

– The exhibition gives us the opportunity to showcase the breadth of our offering and engage in valuable discussions about future needs and technical solutions, says Emil Moberg.

At the same time, the company sees major changes taking place within industry. Increasing demands for energy efficiency, smart solutions and sustainability are driving development forward, while also making projects more complex.

– It is no longer only about delivering a product, but about being involved early in the process, understanding the customer’s needs and together developing solutions that work both technically and commercially over time.

According to Emil Moberg, the advisory role is therefore becoming increasingly important, especially for companies that can combine technical expertise with flexibility and close customer dialogue.

Resilience through flexibility and collaboration

This year’s theme for Elmia Subcontractor is “Resilience powered by industry” – something that closely aligns with Compotech’s own approach. For the company, resilience is about being able to quickly adapt to changing market conditions while continuing to provide stable and long-term solutions to customers.

– In a time characterized by uncertainty, high demands and rapid change, flexibility and close collaboration with our customers and partners are becoming increasingly important, says Emil Moberg.

Compotech works actively together with both customers and suppliers to create robust and sustainable solutions where technical expertise is combined with a solution-oriented mindset.

– By being responsive, flexible and long-term in our relationships, we can help our customers reduce risks and ensure stable operations even in uncertain times.

The company is now looking forward to meeting both new and existing contacts during Elmia Subcontractor 2026.

– For us, every meeting is an opportunity to exchange experiences, create new perspectives and identify how we together can develop smart and sustainable solutions for the future.
