With the installation of our new 2,500-ton die casting machine, we are strengthening our production capabilities and expanding our fleet to a total of 18 die casting machines.

This enables us to offer exceptional flexibility and the necessary capacity to produce high-precision aluminium die-cast components with part weights of up to 25 kg.
We process a wide range of aluminium alloys, including EN AC-46000, EN AC-43400, EN AC-44300, EN AC-47100, and EN AC-43500, fulfilling diverse technical and customer-specific requirements.
End-to-end manufacturing under one roof
From melting and die casting to final machining and finishing, we cover the essential production steps in-house. This includes deburring, shot blasting, vibratory finishing (tumble finishing), and high-precision CNC machining.
