Welcome to The Road Arena (Vägarenan) – where, as an exhibitor, you have the opportunity to present and demonstrate products, meet future colleagues and employees in the road sector, and learn more about projects that promote the streets and roads of the future. The venue is divided into four areas; here you can read more about the opportunities available to you as an exhibitor at The Road Arena (Vägarenan).

The Demo Arena
Demonstrate your products in a realistic setting and showcase them to the entire industry in a practical way. The Demo Arena consists of a street that runs all the way from the entrance to the exhibition hall and on to the lecture theatre, featuring a four-way junction with pedestrian crossings and a cycle crossing just before the lecture theatre.
Take the opportunity to use the Demo Stage as part of your demonstration, where you can present your product to the audience in a straightforward way before the practical demonstration
Would you like to demonstrate taller products or railings? Make use of our alternative demonstration area, which is located further inside the hall
Read the instructions on taking part in the Demo Arena below
On the Demo Stage, you’ll have the opportunity to present your product in a simple and effective way before your hands-on demonstration. You’ll also have the chance to showcase other projects your company is working on.
The Future Arena
Sweden’s road infrastructure is constantly evolving, with a number of projects and innovations underway to shape the road network of the future. Here at the exhibition, you have the opportunity to showcase your work on the streets and roads of the future directly to the industry and speak face-to-face with those who work with and on the roads.
Meet the employers of the future and the whole industry, and give them the chance to meet the future workers for Sweden’s streets and roads. Here at the fair, those of you who are training the road workers of the future and those of you who are being trained will have the opportunity to be there when the whole industry comes together.
The maximum height of non-transparent materials is 1.1 metres; anything taller must be transparent or narrower than 150 mm, such as lampposts and road sign posts, though this does not apply to road signs, which must be life-size and at the correct height in accordance with TSFS 2019:74. Materials taller than those specified above, such as railings with noise barriers, must be demonstrated in an alternative demonstration area in the hall.
Standard road signage must be in place and operational, and temporary signage for the work sites must be installed. The distance between the existing columns is 8.4 m; this space may be used to display various types of barriers within the area required by the columns.
The materials used may be labelled with their type designation/function and the exhibitor’s name; all other information regarding the materials must be provided at the respective exhibitor’s stand.
No walls obstructing the view of the exhibitors around the Road Arena will be erected; instead, there will be an unobstructed view or line of sight to all exhibitors from the arena. The scaffolding at eye level will consist solely of spires, and any scaffolding platforms will be at least 3 metres above the floor. No walls or materials on display at the alternative demonstration area will obstruct the view of exhibitors.
