As an exhibitor you have access to the fair with your exhibitor card during moving in and moving out and during the fair's regular opening hours.
A construction card is required if you hire external stand builders who are not members of the Expo Association and have an official construction card.
If you are a stand builder and have a construction card you only have access to the fair during moving in and moving out.
