If you will be bringing large machines or equipment with a weight over 2,000 kilos to your stand you must fill in the machine form.

To ensure the fair is safe and that move-in and move-out will function, we must receive your completed form by 19 March 2026 at the latest.

Liquids are disposed on Saturday 23 May.
