Elmia as an employer and our employees comply with applicable laws and regulations, and we take responsibility for the work environment. We do this by following the Swedish Work Environment Authority's guidelines, AFS 2023:2, for the organizational and social work environment.

To follow up on how our employees experience their work environment, we conduct weekly pulse surveys using the Winningtemp tool.
