A summary

The core values should embody our entire organisation and business. It guides us in our professional approach in relation to each other, our customers and partners. And it supports us in making decisions that take Elmia forward.

Elmia's core values are based on four concepts: Trust, Commitment, Professionalism and Innovation.

All of Elmia's employees have worked together to identify the importance of the four values and how we should act to achieve them. In short, they mean that:
