Theme tours - get engaged visitors straight to your stand
Theme tours bring together groups of pre-registered visitors who have chosen a specific theme to explore in depth. During a one-hour tour, they visit a selection of stands that match their area of interest. It is an effective and appreciated way to quickly get an overview - and for you as an exhibitor a unique opportunity to reach exactly the right target group.
This year's two themes:
🟢 Sustainability - materials
What are the new, sustainable materials in the outdoor environment? What makes them sustainable, and why have you chosen them? What should you consider when choosing different materials? Here you can reach landscape architects and clients with a specific interest in sustainable material choices in areas such as furniture, playgrounds, sports facilities and plantings.
🔧 Sustainability - work tools & work environment
How do you create better ergonomics and work environment through your products? What is important to consider when using different work tools? Here you will meet visitors who work with work tools on a daily basis or order them - and who are looking for solutions that make their job easier and their body more sustainable.
Here's how it works:
- You welcome a group of about 5-20 people to your stand, at an approximate time.
- You have a maximum of 8 minutes to present your company and your solution linked to the theme of the walk.
- After the presentation, the group moves on to the next exhibitor.
- When there is interest - which is often the case - there is an opportunity for further dialogue afterwards.
- After the fair, you will receive a list of the pre-registered participants for your particular theme.
Theme tours are organised twice a day and there can be a maximum of six exhibitors per theme.
This is a free chance to get the right visitors guided directly to your stand. Exhibitors can register their interest in participating by 31 August.
