Group trips to Elmia Wood are arranged from many different countries, organized by for instance our international representatives, trade press or forestry organizations. Are you organizing a trip? Register your trip here to receive group entrance forms for invoicing.

 

Pre tours and post tours with study visits 

Combine the transfer from arrival airports to Jönköping with study visits. Take one of the transfer pre tours and travel by bus through the beautiful southern parts of Sweden. On the way to the fair there will be technical study visits where you will learn more about Swedish forestry. Post transfer tours are also available.

Regular Flights

Jönköping Airport has several daily connections. Check the possibilities at www.jonkopingairport.se. Stockholm, Växjö, Gothenburg and Copenhagen Airports can also be good alternatives, depending on where you are staying during the fair.

 

Car Rental

It is advisable to make arrangements for car rental in your home country if you wish to pick the car up at an airport or train station. Your local office can help you. A rental car can be useful if you stay outside the fair bus destinations.

Travelling by Train 

With frequent connections to both the Southern and Western Main Lines, the train is a quick and convenient travel option to Jönköping. With just one change you can travel here by rail from Stockholm in about 3.5 hours, from Malmö in around 2.5 hours or from Gothenburg in about 2 hours. In Sweden the railway system is managed by SJ. Fair Bus Service 

There will be regular bus services to and from the fair site from the city center of Jönköping and other nearby towns. Pre-purchased tickets only! More information can be found closer to the fair.

 

Daily Program 

The daily fair program vill be continoulsly updated on the fair website.  

 

Fair Catalogue 

A printed fair catalogue is included in the entrance fee and will be distributed on the fairground. An online version is available from late April for your planning.

 

ATM on the Fairgrounds

There will be an ATM (bankomat) available on the fairground (please see map in fair catalogue). It is possible to pay the entrance fee with your credit card. All major credit cards accepted. 

 

Parking 

Free parking on designated field areas by the fairground.

 

On-site Restaurants 

There are 18 restaurant tents and fast food and refreshment stands available at the fair site.
