Unique energy technology from Swedish Exergy
Producing your own biofuel is an extra smart and efficient approach. Swedish Exergy AB in Gothenburg has developed a method of converting boilers from using coal to using biofuel refined by the user. The company recently made its first delivery to the CHP plant in Stalowa Wola, Poland. Swedish Exergy is exhibiting its unique technology at World Bioenergy.

The Biofore Concept Car – biomaterials replace plastics
The leading Finnish forest company UPM-Kymmene is developing the biorefinery concept, but taking it one step further, demonstrating how new biomaterials can be used to replace traditional plastics. One such implementation is the Biofore Concept Car, designed and manufactured by students at Helsinki Metropolia University of Applied Sciences. The car will be presented at the session
”Biorefineries in the forest industry”, organised by SPCI at World Bioenergy 2014.
