We welcome you and your colleagues to a networking event at the Scandic Elmia hotel on 14 May in conjunction with Elmia Game Fair 2015.
A clay pigeon throw's distance from Elmia, the festive table will be piled high with food at the Scandic Elmia hotel. The Swedish National Culinary Team has created the menu, which consists of a plate of buffet food with a game theme.

Char baked in seaweed and spices with variations on cauliflower, trout roe & rye bread
Juniper berry-flavoured venison burger with mashed potato, fried onion & lingonberries (served lukewarm)
Baked chicken livers with roasted onions & pickled cucumber
Tartare of venison with pickled mushrooms, thyme emulsion and deep-fried juniper berries
Salmon baked with Swedish soy, soy beads, mushrooms from Västergötland & dried bread
1 glass of beer or wine + 4 cl Talisker
Price: SEK 299 plus VAT
