The first real forestry fair in Romania – in the heart of Transylvania
In September, Elmia from Sweden and DLG from Germany (organiser of the world’s biggest agricultural fair) are opening the first real forestry fair in Romania. It will be a demo fair in the forest and will present machinery and technology in operation. The fair is aimed at the forestry profession – that is, contractors, forest management agencies, timber buyers and forest owners.

Great interest from leading manufacturers
Many companies have already contacted the organisers to start planning their participation in Forest Romania 2015. In recent weeks distributors for such companies as John Deere and Komatsu have visited the fair site at Zizin and looked at stands, as has Romania’s leading forest machinery manufacturer, Irum/TAF.
