Vego Garden

Vegetarian winds are blowing at hurricane force through our cookbook shelves, cooking programmes and restaurants. We long for organic, healthy (and preferably so locally grown that it comes from our own garden!) food. With this, the link between what we eat and what we grow ourselves has become stronger than in a long time. Self- sufficiency has become trendy and our demands on the food we have to buy are high.
