“It’s a professional chipper developed for smaller-scale operators,” explained Ola Galfvensjö of Bruks.
With the power from a good-sized tractor, the Bruks 605 can produce up to 50 cubic metres an hour. But because it is common within the agricultural sector to have co-owned machines, and machines stationed in various places, the power requirements can be reduced by using half the number of blades.
“It’s both a very efficient and very flexible chipper,” Galfvensjö concludes.
