All conference delegates, exhibitors and visitors have the opportunity to pre-book meetings with other companies and organisations attending the events. By describing your company's business, offering and expertise, the matchmaking service can help you find new customers and profitable partnerships. This is a unique time- and cost effective way of meeting a lot of potential new business partners.

Costs
There is no charge for exhibitors or conference delegates at to attend the matchmaking event at World Bioenergy.
For visitors the cost is one hundred Euro (100 €) which, in addition to the matchmaking event, includes entrance to the trade fair. No refund will be possible in case of cancellation for administrative and organisational reasons. No supplementary inscription fee will be asked if your company wants to attend the event with up to 3 company representatives.
N.B. As time is valuable to you and other participants it is very important to notify us of any amendments or changes to your schedule.

Areas of Activity
This year's matchmaking event at World Bioenergy will also focus on the manure sector via the Action Plan of the EU Strategy for the Baltic Sea Region and the flagship project Baltic manure. The combination with the bioenergy sector and manure management techniques such as biogas but also in relation to other technologies such as distribution, separation and composting technologies could lead to interesting and innovative business opportunities.
