Discounts
As a speaker at the conference you can attend the event free of charge including lunches and daily study visits. For poster presenters there is a 20% discount on the 3 day ticket.
For delegate groups (10 persons or more), a 10% group discount on the conference fee is available. Please contact Svebio for a group code.
A 60% student discount on the conference fee is available for third-level students currently enrolled in a relevant field of study. A valid student card or letter from a university department or similar will be required as proof.
A 30% discount on the conference fee is available for World Bioenergy exhibitors.
Discounts cannot be combined.
Cancellation policy
Registration may be transferred to another person in the same company/organisation.
In the event of cancellation by 4th May, 15% of the fee will be charged.
In the event of cancellation after 4th May, the entire fee will be charged.
