Text & Graphics
To maximise the impact of your stand, good signage is essential. Elmia Text & Graphics can help strengthen your profile with logos, signs etc.
Stand sketch
Use the sketch sheet in the price list to specify where you would like any flag poles, marquees, chips, gravel, power points etc. Please remember to include the public walkway or something else in your sketch that makes it easier for the workers to locate the right area.
Power
NB! One power socket is included in the basic fee, 230 V 10 A. Other power sockets can be ordered for all stands. Order power sockets from the Order and Price List. NB! Please indicate on the plan where you would like the power socket(s) to be. This also applies to the one included in the basic fee.

Marquee hire
Order a marquee to hire from the Order and Price List. There are many sizes and models to choose from, but some marquee sizes are only available in limited numbers. NB! Mark on the enclosed drawing where in your stand you would like the marquee to be set up.

Deadlines – IMPORTANT
It is vital that you book equipment and services in plenty of time before the fair.
Elmia cannot assume any liability for items being out of stock. Please submit your order before 29 April to ensure we can meet your requirements. Orders placed after this date cannot be guaranteed.
A surcharge of 30% on top of standard prices for stand service will be charged for orders received after 29 April 2011, and a surcharge of 100% will be charged for orders received after 23 May 2011.
Please note that these deadlines and surcharges do not apply to items in the Exhibition Shop and Florist shop.
