Sending invitations
One of the most effective ways of promoting your participation in the fair is to send out invitations to invite clients to your stand. The name of the host company must be shown. You can either print/emboss your company name or logo on the invitations, or order pre-printed cards from Elmia with your company name/logo. You can order any number of invitations free of charge. Used cards will be charged.
1-day card SEK 232 exc. VAT.
Multi-day card SEK 336 exc. VAT.
If 15 or more are used, a 10% discount will be applied.

Place your order by logging in with your username and password in the box to the right Log in – My Pages. The order form is under ‘Orders for exhibitors’.
Cards for Main Exhibitors and Passive Co-exhibitors should be ordered by the Main Exhibitor, while Active Co-exhibitors receive a separate password and login for our website and can place their own orders.

Per hundred up to 1,000: SEK 95
Per 100 over 1,000: SEK 40
Own logo: SEK 400
