The Registration fee is invoiced when you have received your order confirmation. Payment must be made within 30 days.
Stand rental and insurance are invoiced 3 months prior to the fair and must be paid at the latest 60 days before the fair opens.
Other service costs, parking permits, truck service, etc. are invoiced after the fair. Terms of payment 20 days. All costs for joint stands will be charged to the main exhibitor.
