Fair opening hours
- Please click here for information about opening hours during moving in and moving out times.
- If a truck is needed outside opening hours, please book with Elmia Transport Service in good time and at least 2 weeks before the fair.

Delivery of goods prior to the fair

- Goods are automatically unloaded upon delivery to the fair, in line with the current price list.
- If storage of goods is required prior to or after the fair, please contact Elmia Goods Service.

Storage of empty packaging is charged in line with the current price list

- It is important that all packaging is marked with the company name and stand number.
- Labels for marking of packaging are available from Elmia Transport Service outside Hall D and in the North/South Lobby.
- Empty packaging is returned to the exhibitors once the fair is over and the hallway carpets have been removed.

Important to remember after the fair

- Exhibitors are only allowed to remove goods from the fair once the hallway carpets have been removed.
- The goods must be clearly marked and feature a Bill of Lading with details of who is paying for and carrying out the transport.
- Do not forget to book your transport with a forwarding agent.
- Your goods must remain in your stand ready for transport.

(Please remember that all work or transportation carried out with a forklift truck requires a valid forklift operator's license.)
