“The service was outstanding”

With a little imagination, a regular stand can be transformed into a unique meeting-place.
At least it can if Elmia’s creatives have anything to do with it.
Bellman & Symfon AB discovered this when they exhibited at Elmia Working Environment.
“I immediately liked their suggestion,” says Anders Björk.

Three months before the Elmia Working Environment fair, Bellman & Symfon began planning the layout of their stand.
Anders Björk, a salesman at Bellman & Symfon, had a fairly clear idea of how he wanted to use the space.
He sent a request to Elmia Exhibitor Service and not only received a quote, but also a counter-proposal on stand design.
“The basics were the same, but with some new elements. This made it exciting to progress with the collaboration.
“In the end we hired them to produce a turnkey solution, so when we arrived at Elmia the stand was all ready,” says Anders Björk.

Bellman & Symfon produce moulded hearing protectors, which are difficult to display.
“They don’t sell themselves, and they’re too small to place on a display stand.”
The problem was resolved using large images along the walls and a circle suspended high up in the ceiling.

According to Björk, engaging external experts to design and build the stand is absolutely crucial.
“But this was the first time we worked with Elmia’s own department for stand building.
“It worked extremely well. It’s not always the cheapest option, but the service was outstanding and we appreciate that a lot.
“I can definitely see us using them again!”
