Whether a standard package or a customised stand – as an exhibitor, you should not have to worry about the details. We are therefore offering standard packages incorporating a stand and basic equipment, assembled and ready for when you arrive at the fair. Please contact Elmia Stand Service for more information. 
Elmia can also offer a customised solution that will meet your specific needs and requirements. With your assistance and in good time before the fair, we will draw up a proposal for the finished stand including a cost estimate. Please contact Elmia Stand Design for more information.

Deadlines – IMPORTANT!

It is important to order your equipment and service in good time before the fair. Elmia does not take responsibility in the event of a possible sell out. Please place your order with Elmia before 2.9.2011 to allow us to meet your specific needs and requirements. Late orders cannot be guaranteed.

Please note! Orders placed subsequent to 15.9.2011 are suject to a 50% surcharge.

The surcharge does not apply to articles sold by our Fair Shop or Flower Service.

Elmia puts up standard partition walls unless otherwise notified

Please tick the box in our pricelist if you do not require standard partition walls. The cost of repairing damages such as drill and screw holes, removing brackets and residual tape or repainting a wall is charged in accordance with the current pricelist.

Supporting walls

Please note that for reasons of security, any partition wall measuring more than 4 metres in length will require a supporting wall.  If the length of your stand is more than 4 metres, a right-angled (1 m) support will be fitted to the stand wall. THE SUPPORTING WALL MUST NOT BE REMOVED! If required, please contact Elmia Stand Service for advice on the construction of your stand including the addition of kitchenette/storage and consultation areas.

Internet, telephony and communication

Internet connections, computers, telephones, AV technology, etc. – we have what you need in the way of analogue and digital systems.  NEW! Our restaurants now offer free Internet surfing to holders of a WI-FI card.

Elmia Exhibition Shop

When you arrive at the fair and whenever needed during the fair, stock up on any supplies that you may need in the Elmia Exhibition Shop at the Information Desk in the entrance hall.
