All fair cards can be ordered by exhibitors on this web site by using the web login sent to all order confirmed exhibitors.
Log in using your username and password in the box to the right. Go to Form service and Fair cards.
Exhibitor cards
Exhibitor cards are personal and are to be used by the exhibitor’s stand personnel.
Exhibitors are allowed into the fair grounds one hour before the fair opens and may remain there for one hour after the fair has closed. Personal exhibitor’s cards must be shown
Constructor cards
For safety and security reasons, all people involved in the assembly of exhibition stands must have a Constructor card. Constructor cards are valid only for moving in and moving out.
Parking permits
There are meters on Elmia’s parking grounds. Exhibitors can order parking permits at the price of SEK 200 (excl. VAT) each, valid for the duration of the fair (inc. designated moving in and out times) and should be placed visibly in the car.
Main exhibitors order cards for themselves and for Passive Co-exhibitors. Active Co-exhibitors receive separate website login details and can place their own orders
