Gourmet Grill


Delicious barbecue-style food served in a light, bright environment to hungry guests looking for a tasty bite.

Brasserie Bravo


The home of traditional Swedish fare at Elmia. Usually self-service. The restaurant will normally hold 230 people but has a maximum capacity of 700 seated or 1,500 standing for ‘mingle’ events.

Café & Bar Connection

As the name suggests, the menu here includes coffee, sandwiches, cakes, beer, wine and the like. Also a small range of tobacco, newspapers/magazines and sweets.

Restaurant Black & White

One of our largest restaurants with room for 500 seated guests. Black & White is fully licensed and offers plenty of opportunities for high-class dinners.

Restaurant Karl-Oskar

Our largest permanent restaurant (we can expand it for specific occasions) with room for 700 people. Provides efficient self-service or table service.

Club Elmia, Big Bean and exhibitors' restaurant

Elmia’s own à la carte restaurant is called Club Elmia. It is located next to Big Bean, which focuses on satisfying guests’ coffee requirements. The exhibitors’ restaurant can also be found here which is open to our guest exhibitors during ongoing events.

Café Nord och Café Syd


The primary retreat in the conference area when it’s time for a break. Breakfast, coffee and cakes, and evening snacks are some of the items on offer.

Parts of Halls A and B

If you have special wishes for your setting or have a very large group, we can use Hall A or B. Here we can cater for over 2,000 guests with the exact setting you want and room for all kinds of entertainment.
