Future Transport Award
A brand new prize has been instituted to mark the future of transportation. The winner of the Future Transport Award will be presented at the Nordic Rail Buffet Wednesday October 7, at 19.00. Interest in the price is high, 2 200 people have already bought tickets to the event.
Three finalists have been nominated in each category – Travel Management and Intermodal Goods. Öresundståg, SJ and Resekortet Sverige are finalists in Travel Management. Finalists in the Intermodal Goods is The Port of Gothenburg, Kinnarps and PGF Train.
- We want to highlight good practices and examples of companies or individuals that have developed effective, environmentally appropriate and economically viable means of overall traffic solutions for both passenger travel and freight, says Jörgen Nyström project manager for Elmia Nordic Rail and Elmia Future Transport.
