Exhibitor Information 2015

Make sure the right visitors come to your stand

Don’t let chance determine who you meet at your stand. Invite the companies and people you want to see, and make sure as many as possible come to your particular stand!

We want to make it easy for you to invite customers, which is why we’ve developed a number of tools to help you do this. They provide you with an efficient way to invite customers, without having to spend too much time or energy doing so.

Entry cards

When you order entry cards from Elmia, you can have your company name and logo printed on the cards to make them more personal. This distinguishes your invitation from the crowd, making you unique.

See the Exhibitor Guide for printing costs.

Electronic entry code

Another way of reaching visitors is via an electronic entry code which is unique to your company. You can add it as a link in your e-mails, print it in ads, or add it as a banner online.

The Invitation Tool and codes to send to your customers or place in banners, for example, can be found on the website under My Pages.

Send your press releases to us!

Every year Elmia Garden is visited by journalists seeking trends and innovations. To make it easier for you the exhibitor to gain media attention, we are therefore offering the opportunity to submit press releases about new products or other innovations you will be exhibiting at the fair this autumn.

Grab this opportunity and tell the press about the innovations you’ll be exhibiting at Elmia Garden 2015. Upload your press release yourself on our website, where it can be read by all our visitors and press contacts.

Keep the text brief and focused on the actual news. We also recommend attaching an image.

You can upload the press release once you have logged in as an exhibitor on the website.
