Elmia Stand Service & Stand Design
Help is available for you in designing the right stand for your company or organisation. Elmia Stand Service offers standard packages including all the basic equipment, assembled and ready to use when you arrive at the fair. Please contact Elmia Stand Service for further information. We help you draw up a proposal for a finished stand and a cost outline in plenty of time before the fair.

Text and Graphics
Good signage is essential to reinforce the impact of your stand. Elmia Text and Graphics can help you with logos, signs and so on.
Important deadlines
It is vital that you book equipment and services in plenty of time before the fair. Please submit your order before 10 August to ensure we can meet your requirements. Orders placed after this date cannot be guaranteed. Elmia cannot assume any liability for items being out of stock.
NB! A surcharge of 50% on top of standard prices will be charged for orders received after 31 August.
Please note that these deadlines and surcharges do not apply to items in the Exhibition Shop and Florist shop.
Stand walls
Dividing stand walls are to be erected by Elmia unless otherwise stated.
If you do not need walls, you can tick a box in our price list. Any necessary restoration costs for damage, such as drill and screw holes, bracket removal, leftover tape and restoration of walls painted by the exhibitor, will be charged according to the price list.
Supporting walls
Please note that partition walls longer than 4 metres require a supporting wall for safety reasons. If your stand is more than 4 metres long, a perpendicular wall will be erected protruding 1 metre into the stand space. This supporting wall must not be removed! Please talk to Stand Service for advice on integrating these walls into your design, for example a kitchen/storage area or conference space.
Internet, telephony, communications
Internet connections, computers, telephones, AV systems etc. – We can help out with analogue and digital systems. There are free surfing zones in our restaurants.
Elmia Exhibition Shop
When moving in and throughout the fair, you can stock up on any extra supplies you may need at the Elmia Exhibition Shop, which is at the Information Desk in the Lobby.
