    - a bigger fair than in 2007

It is already clear that Elmia Agriculture, Machinery & Cultivation 2010 will be bigger in area than the last fair, which was held in 2007. The industry has shown great interest, and many companies believe that taking part in trade fairs and exhibitions right now is very much in the spirit of the times.
“The industry has reawakened after the recession and it is more important than ever to be seen,” says Bo Stark, Nordic Marketing Manager at Väderstad-Verken AB.

  • The natural meeting-place

Meeting-places in various guises are springing up all the time. Of course new ideas are all well and good, but we still think the best way to meet is face to face, in the real world. Since 1961 entrepreneurs in the field of agriculture have met at Jönköping to forge contacts and let ideas take root, so the path here is well trodden. The next agricultural show is on 20-23 October 2010. Book the dates in your diary now – that’s what the rest of the industry is doing.

  • Improved hall layout

This year we are revitalising Elmia Agriculture, Machinery & Cultivation for the future. We have refurbished the South Entrance and modified the hall layout to improve the flow of visitors. We have considered the requirements that the industry safety authority and our production department have on the width and placement of gangways. The new layout means you can now have a different stand space from before, or it may entail that your stand has to be split into two or more. If you are planning to take part in the show, please submit your request for stand space as soon as possible. Spaces are allocated on a first come, first served basis.

  • Revised themes

Ahead of Elmia Agriculture, Machinery and Cultivation 2010, we have reviewed the theme division and updated it with new products and areas. The themes have been changed slightly to make it easier for exhibiting companies to know which show is best for their particular product range. So pay particular attention to the theme division if you have products in renewable energy, grain drying and storage, road maintenance or silage management.
