Elmia Agriculture 2016 is the arena for all the industry’s issues and opportunities

Agriculture also plays an important role in issues to do with Sweden’s cultural landscape, what our plant and animal life are to be like, and what food the Swedish food trade wants to offer its customers in the future. The issues include ethics & morals, sustainability & the environment and industry & entrepreneurship. We’re thrilled to raise these issues at Elmia Agriculture 2016.

The fair with many possibilities

From Wednesday 19 to Friday 21 October 2016 Elmia’s agricultural fair will be held for the entire industry. This is where the innovations are presented and the leading suppliers exhibit. You can see animal exhibitions and be inspired by exciting competitions. Here you can build up the smartest networks and see the right people face tough questions when burning issues are debated. The evening opening hours & activities and networking & after-fair events also let you have even more meetings and enjoy socialising both at the trade fair and out on the town.

Conference with in-depth topics and discussions

Alongside the fair the conference Elmia Agriculture Future Forum will be held on Tuesday 18 to Wednesday 19 October. This conference is where  industry representatives and politicians have in-depth discussions about tomorrow’s agricultural issues. The fair also offers good opportunities for you to ask questions and invite people to meetings or a conference. Modern venues with the very latest technology make all imaginable events possible.

Exhibitors and visitors from the entire industry

This fair will be familiar to everyone who has attended Elmia’s agricultural fairs before. But now we’re bigger and more complete. This is a fair for all sectors of Sweden’s agricultural industry. All the exhibitors have something to offer Swedish agriculture, both in terms of machinery & crop production and livestock & farm-based operations. The visitors are everyone who works professionally with or is interested in the future of agriculture. This is the meeting place for farmers, industry representatives, the media, politicians and representatives of industries that depend on Swedish agriculture.

Quite simply, this is the arena for the future of Swedish agriculture.
